Well the honest answer is...yes, yes you can. Don't hesitate to email me to inquire about your specific insurance plan! I am frequently updating my in-network insurance status but this is typically a lengthy [very lengthy] process.

3. Based on said consultation, (a) Mutual decision for us to start actual therapy OR (b) We decide we cannot fully vibe together
4. (a) I email you all the new patient paperwork and we schedule your initial intake session. OR (b) I yell sayonara & kick ya to the curb (or I help you find another therapist...then yell sayonara).
5. Thoroughly read & sign all the new patient paperwork before our scheduled initial intake session.
6. Complete the initial intake session
7. We schedule your first follow up REAL therapy session! ---- finally!
